This small series consists of bills such as the Defense Bill, House Resolutions, National Defense Authorization Act, and Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Bill. A range of bills by Dixon from 1980-1993. Dixon sponsored the H.R. 23, Stop Sweatshops Act of 1996 which held manufacturers responsible for sweatshop conditions. Dixon also sponsored the H.R. 2043, Endangered Species Recovery Act of 1973 which helped identify and protect endangered species from extinction.
